1.1 Wallet and Account Information
When you connect your wallet to the Service via Privy, we may collect:
- Your public blockchain wallet address(es)
- Authentication tokens and session identifiers
- Linked email address (if provided voluntarily during Privy authentication)
We do not collect or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Your wallet is created and managed locally on your device.
1.2 Trading and Usage Data
When you interact with the Service, we may collect:
- Trade setups viewed, selected, edited, and executed
- Timeframes and assets you interact with
- Paper-trade and live-trade history, positions, and performance data
- Points balances, leaderboard rankings, and referral activity
- Feature usage, preferences, and in-product interactions
1.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data
When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- IP address (may be anonymized or truncated)
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Device identifiers and screen resolution

Transactions executed through the Service are recorded on public blockchains. Blockchain data is inherently public, immutable, and not controlled by us. Your wallet address and transaction history on the blockchain are visible to anyone. We may index or aggregate publicly available blockchain data for analytics and Service functionality.

- Process and route orders to third-party exchanges on your instruction
- Track positions, calculate P/L, and maintain trade history
- Operate leaderboards, points, and referral programs

- Privy — wallet creation and authentication
- Hyperliquid — order execution (orders are signed by you and submitted directly)
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — data storage and processing
- Analytics tools — usage analytics (data may be anonymized)
These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing obligations.
3.2 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention policies. Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted by us or any party.

9. Do Not Track Signals
